Returned her original device, there's nothing wrong with it. 
It's a problem with the dock, might need driver updates or 
power settings

Recieved call from her - provided further 
information on her issues.  

Gets color flashes on power-on, BIOS hangs on 
Dell splash and flashes a colored line across 
the screen.

Happy Friday, I am emailing you to request  a change and re-assign one of the extra Latitude tablets to you have, for TRI.  As you may have a record, my current laptop has been giving me problems.  We have decided to change Laptops and have this one be sent back to dell, before the warranty expires.
