Her monoprice dock needed to be plugged in. After that it 
worked with no issues while I was there, told her we will try 
ordering a new adapter but I think that was the main issue. 
If not then it's just dying because it's old

Description: *11/11* Monitor shutting off

Good morning,
I would like to put in a service request for my 
monitor (20130685- located in APSC 405). While 
I am using it, it will just shut off, won't 
stay on~ I have checked the cords that hasn't 
not changed anything.
