Battery lasted about 2.5 hours under stress which is right 
around what Dell says it should be. It passed diagnostics 
and battery health is excellent. Ran updates and gonna 
return it to him

I started Prime95 on this. Battery shows excellent 
health. I seen some stuff for Windows Update. 
Sophos does spike the CPU and SSD big time 
when you do anything so that could be a big 
source of the issue.

I ran Diagnostics on this and it passed
