Good afternoon -

My desktop does not have sound connected.  I 
really need this to review video clips for 
lectures.  Could somebody please see that this is 
connected and operating? The computer is in NS 
214.

Also, there is a problem with Adobe Creative 
Cloud.  My desktop should have all of the adobe 
programs loaded, and it does not seem to.  Could 
this please be updated?
