I took another look at your computer this past week. The primary issue I was encountering was an old version of MS Office. updated and installed office 365. should be good to return. will take care of this when i work next.

going to take another look at this. i think there is a way to install office 365 without needing to reimage the computer or anything.

Hi, that would be fine except that I don't know what I have on my WOU desktop or whether or not I need to back it up. It's unlikely but I've been using my personal computer since the pandemic. 

Can we press pause on this and I can contact you once I am able to access my computer? I don't live in Monmouth.

Thanks! I don't remember putting in the service request. I haven't been to my office since summer 2019 because I was on maternity leave and then COVID hit so I was working from home.

So it might just need to be updated? I have no idea. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Support for Windows 10 Pro 1803 has ended and this 
will no longer receive updates unless updated to 
1903.
