Description: Windows 10 update **11/22 anytime**

I scheduled your upgrade a few days ago but I 
noticed your machine says that it has been off since 
then. We just need it left on overnight and the 
upgrade will do its thing.

This shows that it has been off for about four days so 
it has not upgraded.

Hi Lars,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #74567

Description: Windows 10 update **11/22 
anytime**

We receive a ticket that you wanted to have 
your computer updated to windows 10. There are 
two options: 1. A reimage to windows 10, where 
we will wipe your computer and install a fresh 
windows 10. This would help if your computer 
has been  having any issues. None of the items 
on your computer would be saved. 2. The second 
options is an update to windows 10. This should 
keep all your items in the same place including 
documents and installed programs.

We would still like for you to move all your 
saved items to your H. drive no matter the 
option you pick because sometimes an unforeseen 
problem can occur. If you can let me know what 
works best for you, we can get started 
tomorrow.
