Needs credit card to place $100 hold.  We will 
need to ship the printer back to xerox who will 
then send out a replacement and refund the $100 as 
soon as they recieve the old printer.

Called Xerox - our records have incorrect serial 
number.  Need to go physically look at printer for 
SN#.

Grinding sound likely due to jam in the fuser 
motor, however, the fuser for this model is not 
something that we can purchase and install.  It 
requires a Xerox tech.

Hello,
It sounds like I have a perper jam in my office 
printer (20180973) when I try and print. 
While I unstuck the paper that was in there it 
still will not print correctly and continuously 
jams. 
Can you come look at it when you have time? I 
will be in my office all day until 4pm, Monday-
Wed  8-3:15, 4:15-5. Whenever you have time 
will work for me. :)

I have:
- Cleared the jam, would make a funny grinding 
sound and re-jam

- Cleared jam, turned off the printer, 
unplugged the printer, waited probably an hr 
because I honestly forgot and then replugged it 
back in.
