I need some additional information regarding service

Description: Reimage to windows 10

Sorry we missed you last week. We have been fixing some 
problems with the update process and I would like to begin 
the upgrade on your computer now. Let me know if you 
want us to go ahead with the upgrade and if you're not on 
campus I can have someone let me in to your office and get 
started on it.

Hi Christine,

Regarding service request #74666

Description: *12/5 Reimage to windows 10*

I found out that the windows update will run better on your 
computer if we start it manually. You can start it by opening 
the Software Center app and clicking on "Upgrade to 
Windows 10", and let it go. It would be best to start this 
right before leaving for the day as it can take several hours 
to complete.
If you are still in the office I can come walk you through this 
I'll be leaving at 2:30 today.

When Christine gets through the log in of viewing a 
PDF, it never loads anything. She also needs to be 
updated to Windows 10, but would like help backing 
everything to her Hdrive.
