****This is an email****
I will be on campus on Friday 12/6. I am meeting someone at
the library at 1:00.
Can someone come over to my office (213) at noon? Or
should I bring my laptop by your office?

I noticed yesterday that I had no access to the printer in
RWEC.

Hi Mickey,

I need some additional information regarding
service request #74689

Description: Sophos PUA found on W20130555

It looks like the Sophos settings on your computer
need to be updated. This could present a security
threat to the school network if not resolved soon.
Please let me know when you are available so we
can come take a look at it.
Thank you
Joe

Sophos said it couldn't clean up a file on W20130555.

From Sophos:

"What happened: We could not clean up a potentially unwanted application (PUA).
Where it happened: W20130555
Path: /Users/pardewm/Downloads/NGPlayerSetup.dmg
What was detected: InstallCore
User associated with device: W20130555\pardewm
How severe it is: Medium
What Sophos has done so far: We attempted to clean up.
What you need to do: In the Sophos Central Admin console, go to the Alerts page and find the PUA alert. Click on the PUA name to see details and cleanup advice on the Sophos website. Then go to the affected computer and clean up the PUA manually."

Please put in my queue when done :)
