Good morning!

My student's computer is having the same issue 
with Microsoft Office that it was having a few 
weeks ago (details below). The problem seemed 
to have been resolved after someone came to 
work on the computer, but I think it reverted 
back to how it was and it can't locate 
Microsoft Office again. If someone has time to 
come take a look at it, that would be great! 
Let me know if there are any further details I 
can provide.

I will have them try that, but the issue with 
Microsoft was happening before the Adobe 
update. It's been going on for a few weeks and 
I think was related to the Windows 10 upgrade.

I don't believe there was an error message, it 
would just try to open the documents using 
Adobe. When we tried to select Excel or Word 
from the "other programs", they weren't listed 
as options.

Good morning!

One of my students' computer is having trouble 
with Microsoft Office. Any time she tries to 
open an Excel or Word document, it won't allow 
her to and won't recognize the programs on the 
computer. I thought maybe it was just her 
login, but I tried mine and my other student 
tried logging in as well and it didn't work for 
us either. The WOU ID number for the computer 
is 20130913[Edit Inv] and it's in room 218 in the 
Cottage.

If someone has time to come take a look at it, 
that would be great! I will be here all day 
today and any time after around 11am tomorrow.

information from me.
