Hi Scott,

I need some additional information regarding
service request #74719

Description: PUA found on W20121260 and Upgrade
to Win10 needed

It looks like our anti-virus software Sophos
has found an issue on your computer. The best
course of action would be upgrade/reimage the
computer to windows 10. We have two options for
moving to windows 10.
1. Upgrade to windows 10. This would hopeful
keep all your applications, documents, and
bookmarks, in the same way. However, if you
been having problems, like slowness, freezing,
etc, it would not fix these issues and
potentially make it worse.

2. Reiamge to windows 10. This would wipe your
computer completely, and we would reinstall a
new OS of windows. This way your computer will
be completely up to date with all new basic
software like office and adobe. This would fix
a lot of issues with slowness and freezing. I
suggest this as the best course of action.

We can also get this started when you are in a
meeting or out of the office, so it won't
interfere with any day-to-day activities. Let
me know what option you would prefer and we can
go ahead and get this started. If you have any
questions or concerns feel free to contact me
or call our front office at 503-838-8925.

Thank You,
Katherine

W20121260 has a PUA on it, but it also needs to be upgraded to Windows 10, as it's currently a 7.
I'd just let him know Sophos found an issue on his computer and that we need to upgrade it to Win10.
