Hum 3 on 3 Sisters color printer is not 
printing. What they were trying to print is 
sensitive information.  Kimberly said that they 
have tried to open the queue to clear out the 
task but when they open it it says there is 
nothing in the queue, they are sure they sent 
it there though.  The printer is out of blue 
ink (they said this task is already being 
processed) which is why its not printing.  They 
need the sensitive info cleared out of the 
queue.
