Hi Teresa,

I was still unable to update you to Office 2019 and we believe the fix would be to image your computer. Fortunatly we a pushing an update for Office on all computers still running Office 2016 (like yours). I would suggest that we wait for that to happen and if it doesnt work, we can come up with a solution then. Let me know if you have any questions and have a good weekend! GO BEAVS!

Nevermind the monitors are fine. I swapped out her 
graphics card because the old one was running very hot. 
Then when I booted up it stuck on the loading screen. Ran 
diagnostics and it didn't say there was anything wrong but 
now I'm thinking the whole machine needs to be warrantied. 
She will let us know if it's still stuck loading tomorrow and 
please bring her a loaner computer so we can work on 
getting it warrantied.

Came in this morning, has blue and white stripes on 
monitor and can't do anything. Should could 
Ctrl+Alt+Del but then it gave her stripes.
