Returned monitor. If dock works, I will check for 
firmware updates.

Looks like the monitor didn't have any 
glitches. Most likely it is the dock that is 
having the problem. Trisha said that those 
docks have problems with two monitors plus the 
laptop because of Apple.

Hi Katherine,

Beryl sent me a this email and asked that I 
assist you in picking up the monitor so you can 
test it in your office since she is out of the 
office. 

 

I am in the office today until 12:30 so just come 
on over to TH204 and I’ll get you into her 
office.

Hi Beryl,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #74756

Description: *12/6* Monitor cutting out

The front desk let me know that you were still 
having issues with your monitor. Is it possible 
for me to bring your monitor to my office for some 
extra testing? If it looks like it continues to 
have issues then we can go ahead and have the 
monitor warrantied. Nancy said that she could 
provide you with a loaner monitor for now.

Looks like the power cable is going bad. I'll 
replace all of them to make sure it is not the 
monitor and check on it in a week.

Beryl says that her second monitor has been cutting 
out all day yesterday and is still doing it this 
morning. It's on for a few seconds, then off.
