Hi Brian,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that we have for you.  (#74769)

Description: Sophos broken on W20090726 and it's still Windows 7

We need to upgrade this station to Windows 10 ASAP. Please let us know when a UCS tech and stop by to get W20090726.

Sophos will need to be reinstalled on this one.
Also, it's Windows 7.
