The printer in CH 311 is still not working. 
When I tried to recreate the problem the 
students were having,
I would try to print something, 
the print queue would pop up, 
the progress bar would slide across, say 
complete
and the printer would have done nothing

I restarted all of the computers and the 
printer and got the same result.
