never had trouble with this with not logged in this 
way.

One additional question. When I use the VDI to 
access files on my personal computer, I'm having 
trouble with being able to actually do work. When 
I try to type anything, each keystroke produces 
multiple letters so iiiittt loookkkks 
sssommettthinnng lllikkkke tttthiiiissss. I've 
tried being really careful with my keystrokes, 
but it's not making it any better. Any 
suggestions? Is this a common issue? It really 
makes it impossible to get much of value 
accomplished.

I haven't tried on my phone. The issue is on my 
university desktop - 20181044[Edit Inv]. I should be around

the screen never fully shows so I can't move
