We were wondering if you were back on campus to get your PDF issue fixed. If so, when would be a good time for a tech to come by?

HEY JOE HEARD YA LIKE TASKS SO HERE YA GO HOLMES. 

You need to run adobe cc cleaner and reinstall adobe pdf viewer 

its actually semi important to go right at 12 so we can fix it during their lunch break.

Hi Beryl,

I believe i found a solution for the issue youre having with Adobe. Unfortunately the fix could take upwards of 30 mins. When would be a good time for a tech to come by and do this for you? Please be aware it could go much faster, or longer. Thanks and have a good day!

Beryl is having issues opening and using PDF 
Files.  It is unable to open some PDF files and 
this issue started after she did the new adobe 
login.  She had no issues with that itself but 
now is having this problem, she requested 
someone take a look at it.
