We don't really support iCloud... Same with drop box, I would sugguest the user to use VDI, download the client on her home machine so she can transfer files within vdi and her personal machine.

Tomorrow will be my last day in my office until 
January. I will be there between 9:30-11:30am.

 I use icloud for storing all my files. On my 
PC at work, icloud is not syncing properly like 
it used to before Fall term (maybe because of 
Windows 7 needing to be upgraded?). What it 
does is ask me to re-log-in every few minutes 
or so while I am working (and even right after 
I enter the correct log-in multiple times). 
Then I save files there & come home & they are 
not the updated ones I had worked on that day. 
(The majority of my workload is online & I work 
from home 4 days a week.)
