I tried starting this one and it was still failing. Her monitor 
also seems like it's dying. Other people in this same office 
reported similar monitor problems, you'll see what it looks 
like

Hey Joe check with Bradley to make sure this computer is 
talking to the right server, Celebi instead of Ren. If it is just 
start the in place upgrade. If it is not just install the new 
client, bradley can tell you what to do

Duplicate SR with 73509, just keep this open just in case 
the front desk gets confused with all the different people im 
helping under Rip

This one was a little messed up, I want to try it again once 
sccm is all good but I've spoken to Rip and he's aware this 
is on hold. We originally planned on Winter Break anyways 
so we still have some time.

Dorothy is out of the office currently. 
Rip Horsey called because he noticed the 10 
update did not go through. He tried to explain 
to me what was happening and will be sending 
the SRD a detailed email with images of the 
error. 
I believe he was saying that there are two 
updates that need to happen before this windows 
OS update can happen. He tried to run it again 
ai believe and he ran Defender. 
The error reads: two important updates were not 
installed.
