I went over there and spoke to him, he wants his computer 
upgraded to windows 10, he's going to call the front desk to 
schedule a time for either tomorrow or mid next week for 
one of us to go over there and IN-PLACE UPGRADE, DO 
NOT REIMAGE

Dear UCS and Michael,
Thanks so much for your concern. My computer 
isn't working very well.
Yesterday, Peter Puettman--a wonderful young man-
-reloaded my Word, but it's slow again this 
morning.
So I'm going to log out here at 10:30 am and 
won't need the computer again until the 
afternoon.
Is that enough time?
Or I just give me a time--tonight, sure. And I'll 
leave it alone.
I'd greatly appreciate the upgrade. Will that 
solve my Word issues?
