She tried adapter on adapter. Didn't work. I 
brought a VGA cord and it worked.

Dana let us know her adapter for her new 
computer is not working. She is able to display 
her laptop to her monitor without the adapter 
but with the adapter nothing works. 

We would like to try updating drivers and 
getting the adapter to work before purchasing 
another.
