He wants to keep one monitor (W#20111011) as a 2nd display and that is what the USB-C to DP adapter is for that is taped to the iMAC box	Add Attachment

Stephanie Magee	Dec 11, 2019 02:40 PM	**This is an email** Hi, I am on sabbatical so I'm not in my office using my computer very much, and I'm happy to have you do the upgrade. A couple of things: 1) I believe I did not log out earlier this week when I came in to print something from my computer, so I would now be in sleep/hibernation/automatically logged off mode (not sure the right term). Can you still do the upgrade remotely? 2) Can I also have my computer checked for why it may be running so slow? It sometimes takes 2 minutes or so to load the WOU page when I log in.
