patrol car on a separate SR(W#20190689)

This laptop W#20190684[Edit Inv] is a special rugged laptop for 
use in SUV Patrol vehichle to GFA replace W#20150275[Edit Inv] 
which is having hinge/graphics problems.  PLEASE MAKE 
SURE THAT WHEN INSTALLED IN VEHICHLE MOUNT 
THE HINGE AND SCREEN LID DO NOT TOUCH 
MOUNTING BRACKET! THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT 
SO IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND SEE TRICIA
