Installed the new ram, but I also let her know that RAM will 
not fix her speed issue to any noticeable degree. I advised 
her to look into getting an SSD if she wants faster boot and 
general usage speed.

Hi UCS crew, 
Without exaggeration, my WOU MacBook Pro takes 
over 5 minutes to boot up before I can even enter 
my password. It was suggested that I request an 
additional 8GB of RAM since I have one port empty 
still. 

Is that something I could schedule with you for 
tomorrow or next week? I'll need my computer back 
before the 19th, when I leave on vacation and 
need to take it with me to prep for W'20 classes.
