I need some additional information regarding service 
request #74872

Description: Malware found on W20121260 - also Windows 7

It looks like the Sophos settings on your computer need 
to be updated. This could present a security threat to 
the school network if not resolved soon. Please let me 
know when you are available so we can come take a look at 
it.
