I went in person, and she had both surface pros. 
We can't update them, and she said we can dispose 
of them. She didn't mention getting new ones when 
I went in person, so I am assuming she is good 
with that.

tracy would love it if someone could check two rooms itc 310d, 304 to see if the computers in those rooms can be upgraded and/or we can get something newer

she would love to get newer loaners or something
let her know i'd have to talk to john and that i'll also not be working for a few weeks so i'm not sure how soon we'll be able to get to it. but yeah

also not sure if the computers in these rooms are the same as the wou#s we have listed in this ticket

ellis thinks we were just going to give them loaners, get rid of the old computers, and move on

not computers slated for replacement on a cycle
if they need a permanent solution, the dept will need to buy own computers
but that's a john/nathan issue

i'd like to find out if i can close this ticket or not (if this is still a need or not)

Hello Lauryn,

Feel free to work with me directly as I get to track these items for the Computer Science Division (CSD).

It's not missing: These are student laptops we use in the tutoring room and they should be checked out to the CSD Office, or me. :)

20121303[Edit Inv] and 20121304[Edit Inv] a request was submitted a year ago to UCS to update the operating system and UCS determined that there is no update for these machines. 

You're welcome to PDR these items as soon as we get a computer or two delivered in the tutoring space for students to log into. Please arrange a time with me directly to make this happen. The computer are still in OED ...

20121303[Edit Inv] and 20121304[Edit Inv] show they are running 
Windows 8 Pro in SCCM. These devices are too old 
for us to support.
