Sorry to be so high maintenance. I have quite a 
bit to get done tomorrow morning, most of it 
before noon, and I'll need the laptop for that 
work. I wonder if maybe I should drop it off 
tomorrow afternoon, and then I could come by 
and pick it up on Thursday afternoon since I 
will be stuck with my kids that day and not 
getting much work done. Would that be okay?

Good afternoon, 

I think my Adobe Acrobat license (supplied last 
year by UCS) may have expired as the software 
no longer opens - I'd like to get it renewed if 
possible. Please let me know what I need to do 
for that to happen. If I'm mistaken in my 
assumption that license expiration is affecting 
the software opening, then I would love some 
advice on what to do to get it up and running 
again.
