My work laptop has suddenly decided to not charge - it still runs fine when plugged in, but it says "90% available, plugged in" when I hover over the battery icon instead of "plugged in, charging". Stephanie Magee	Dec 18, 2019 09:17 AM	**This is an email** Hi Stephanie, The battery hasn't gone down at all while it's plugged in. I ran it on battery power for a bit yesterday to see if that would do anything - battery had been holding at 94% when plugged in and I used it until it was at 90%. The laptop's WOU number is 20150254. I can bring it in if you all need to see it - wanted to check if it was an easy fix before I did that, though! Should I bring it over sometime today?
