I didn't notice any freezing. I uninstalled a 
google drive plug-in, maybe that might fix issue. 
She will not be here Monday 1/13, so we can 
reinstall office just in case.

afternoon, Tuesday from 10-12 and 3-5, Thursday 
2-5, and Friday 1-5.

Good morning! I am having a problem with my 
computer, specifically with Word. Every time I 
use word it will freeze up and stay frozen for 5-
10 minutes. When it unfreezes and I try to print 
or close out, it freezes again. It has been doing 
this for about two weeks now. Is there something 
I can do to restart it or fix it?
