AND! - PDFs don't open and the preview pane on 
the File Explorer doesn't work.  These are things 
that I use multiple times a day.  Not to mention 
that response of programs opening are really 
really slow.

Hi,

I have no sound after the upgrade.  I've googled 
how to fix it, and nothing works -- in fact, now 
I have a little red x next to my audio icon.  

I also went through the Microsoft sound 
troubleshoot that seems to be automatically on 
the system and that said there was a problem, but 
it didn't fix it.

Also - I need to have Filemaker Pro reinstalled 
on my computer.
I'll be available today after 2:00, or tomorrow 
after noon.
