I'm Katherine from UCS. We have your GFA 
replacement ready to be delivered. If there is no 
special software required on the computer, it is 
ready to be delivered. If you can send me a list 
of preferred times to deliver this it would be 
appreciated.

I have put a new PC desktop W#20180917[Edit Inv] and monitor 
W#20181131[Edit Inv] on the Inventory counter in ITC008 with a GFa 
setup form to replace W#20130917[Edit Inv]  for Tracy Powell in 
TODD329.

Hi Tracy,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75047

Description: Loud fan

I'm Katherine from UCS. I was able to stop by 
your office earlier today. I ran diagnostics on 
your computer and it looked like it was still 
working good, but I was able to hear a little 
bit of the grinding noise.
We are going to be able to replace your 
computer because it old enough for a GFA 
replacement. It should hopefully take about a 
week to two weeks to get that started. 
For the replacement, we do ask you to have all 
your information you want to keep backed up to 
your H. drive. Additionally, if you can let me 
know if there is special software that you 
would like to keep.

I went to the office. The diagnostics came back 
fine. However, it seemed like the the motherboard 
bard fan? the red one? is a little loose and 
probably going bad.

I called both Tracy and Michelle. No answer, left 
a voicemail for Michelle to call back for when she 
is available so the door can be open.

racy was in contact with Gino (no ticket) about 
possibly getting a computer replacement. 
Mentioned something about meeting Monday but no 
one came by.

The fan is loud but the computer is running. If 
it needs to be taken please set her up with a 
loaner. If you need to get into her office, get 
in contact with Michelle Gallagher.
