This is a separate issue to new equip setup.  
Alan has submitted a ticket to Schlage to 
investigate.  GFA will be done the first week 
of February alongside SMS software updates and 
data server update.

Hi Timothy and Michael, 

We're working on replacing the primary computer 
in the Key Shop, W20101169 with a new computer 
running Windows 10.  Alan talked with the 
producers of the software you are using and it 
sounds like it will work on Windows 10, but 
will require you to also update the software on 
your handheld devices.  During this upgrade, we 
do not want to halt Key Shop functionality, so 
we would like to work out a way for the Valsetz 
office to be available for the Key Shop to use 
its station for any SMS work it needs to do 
during the setup and testing.  Once we have all 
systems up and running on the new machine, we 
can switch machines and work on upgrading the 
one in use in the Valsetz office.  I am imaging 
the machine to replace the one in the Key Shop 
now, and will have it ready to move forward 
with installation and testing by the beginning 
of next week.

Let me know your thoughts on this - any 
questions, concerns, or comments.

cpu W#20181086[Edit Inv] and monitor W#20181130[Edit Inv] are on the 
inventory counter in ITC008 with GFA SETUP form to 
replace W#20101169[Edit Inv] for Back Keyshop #1 station with a 
contact of Tim Brown.  Does this station run specialized 
keyshop software?  If it does please indicate in under its 
inventory software list.
