Hi Mackenzie,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #75105

Description: GFA SETUP : new comp W#20181090[Edit Inv] & 
monitor W#20181134[Edit Inv] to replacW#20110161[Edit Inv] Too old for 
WIN7 overnight 

I looked at the version of Ticket Creator that's on your old 
computer and it looks like it's just the trial version, and we 
can install a newer version from their site on your new 
computer. Let me know when you're available and I'll come 
by and work on installing it.

Hello Lisa and Mackenzie,

I've been looking into the software for the 
student computer, and it looks like it wasn't 
purchased through our department. I was able to 
install Auction! but not license it. I've been 
talking with Joe regarding the software. He had 
told me that you wanted to wait on your 
computer, and I thought it was best to just 
wait to do both setups around the same time. Do 
you have any records of purchasing this 
software or have the license key?
Additionally, I wanted to ask if Ticket Agent 
and Ticket Creator are software that is 
installed with Auction? We also don't have 
records of this software installer or license 
key, either.
I can still go ahead and setup the student 
computer, but that will mean the special 
software will be unavailable.

Hi there,

 

I will not be in the office tomorrow (Fri) and I’m unsure of the status of my student employee’s computer, so wanted to 
check in.  She should be in the office between 9 and 12 tomorrow. Would it be possible for you to come by and swap out 
her computer during that time? I believe Mackenzie’s been in touch to let you know which programs she’ll need to be 
able to run after the new one is installed.

 

On a separate, but somewhat related note, Mackenzie and I both need to be running Auction! software. I’ve been in touch 
with Joe about getting that installed and have copied him here. I will also cc you on my message to him, in the event 
that it makes sense to coordinate any of this.

I called Lisa and Mackenzie will call tomorrow 
to notify me on the software that needs to be 
on there. They said they need the ticketing 
software at least by Friday because they are 
printing tickets for a big thing.

Description: 01/10 overnight update 

I'm Katherine from UCS. We received a ticket 
saying that you would like your computer 
updated to windows 10. Unfortunately, this 
model of computer doesn't support windows 10. 
This means this computer would need to be 
replaced. I've talked to the purchasing 
department regarding a replacement. I need to 
know some basic information on this computer 
before we can do anything.
-Who uses it? What is their job title?
-What room is it located in?
-What is the computer used for?

If you can get back to me as soon as possible, 
it would be appreciated.
