Hi there,

One of the technicians just brought my computer 
back this afternoon, sounds like the fan has been 
replaced. I am not sure why there is still an open 
request but will definitely let you know if it is 
still making a loud noise again!

Hello UCS,

I'll need a tech to come over and check on my 
computer, it is making loud noises again (Dell 
20170142). I will be in my office from noon to 
2pm tomorrow, if you could send someone over 
during that time it would be greatly appreciated!
