'I'll be here from 1000 to 1400 tomorrow,(in lab across the hall from my office from 1100 to 1300).  I wouldn't have a clue on how to back up files.  I click save, and then to open find them under documents.

We have your replacement computer ready for setup and delivery. We need to get this installed as soon as possible since your current station is Windows 7. Please back up any local files including your bookmarks. Let me know what time works best for this setup.

on the inventory counter in ITC008 with GFA setup to 
repalce W#20110895[Edit Inv] for Don Ellingson, NTT 
Earth/Physical Science NS111?please update Room 
number if wrong).  This comp still has WIN 7!
