Hi Karen,

Have you tried restarting the printer yet?  
Usually with that model, when print jobs refuse 
to go through it's because the cache locks up 
and requires a restart.  

Let me know if that doesn't work.

Karen is trying to print on HUM3 in Bell 310, but 
nothing goes through. She tried to clear the cache 
but it does not give her the option
