Hi Anne,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75137

Description: 'I' key not working

It looks like your Macbook is still under warranty 
until August, so your best option is to give it to 
us and we'll send it to Apple for replacement. We 
can give you a loaner in the meantime, let me know 
if this is something you want to go ahead with.
