Looks like the problem has not occurred lately.

Delivered her computer and set it back up. 
Connected her mac to her printers. The fan 
error came up when the cpu was booted so she 
most likely will be calling and talking about 
the fan error again. The cpu works good 
otherwise.

I need some additional information regarding

I'm Katherine from UCS. We ended up needing to 
warranty the Graphics Card. We just finished 
installing the new GC and the computer is ready to 
be picked up or delivered. If you can send me a 
list of preferred times and dates to have this 
delivered it would be appreciated.

Hello UCS,

I'll need a tech to come over and check on my 
computer, it is making loud noises again (Dell 
20170142). I will be in my office from noon to 2pm 
tomorrow, if you could send someone over during 
that time it would be greatly appreciated!
