Hello,

The print shop has a computer, 20140488[Edit Inv], that 
receives a report for student billing. Planet 
Press is the software that processes this report.
Recently this computer was upgraded to win10. Its 
asking for an admin to allow changes to the Fiery 
software. 

Kristie Williams from the business office has sent 
the student bill report to this computer when it 
was logged into by Jason Weber. It was locked so I 
had to power down and log in as myself. I dont see 
the student bill pdf in the Fiery queue.

Can we test this system to see if the win10 
upgrade is ok?

And can we change settings on all three print shop 
computers to stop them from falling asleep so 
fast?
