Someone installed Adobe 2020.  We uninstalled it 
but could not get 2019 installed so Geno re-imaged 
it.

We have a computer (20150055) in ITC 001 that 
won’t log on to Adobe Creative Suite (just forces 
you to use the trial version). Can we get this 
computer up and running with Creative Cloud?
