Hello!

I am forwarding this rather than typing out a new request because I appear to be having the exact same problem with my work computer for the third time! I don't remember exactly what UCS did to fix the issue last time, but I would love to get help so that I can log onto my work computer and access my files.

Do I need to make an appointment with UCS, or are you able to work on my computer without me there?

If we do need to make an appointment, next Monday morning would work well for me.

She said if the problem continues, she will try to 
SMC fix.

I turned on the Wi-fi and I was finally able to 
login, but for some reason Ethernet isn't 
working. I've tried different ports, cables. 
USB and Thunderbolt adapter, but I still don't 
get Ethernet power.

When trying to login she gets the spinney wheel and 
then it stops spinning, and never let them login. 
There is no error message provided, and I had them 
do a hard restart and the issue is still happening.
