Hi Katherine, 

This is likely an Apple Keychain issue.  To 
resolve this, please do the following: 

1. Press 'Command+Sppacebar' to open Spotlight 
Search
2. Search for and open 'Keychain Access'
3. Select all entries linked to the printer and 
click 'Delete'
4. Try printing the document again and the 
printer should prompt you for your WOU username 
and password.  

If this doesn't work, please let me know and I 
will come take a look at it.

Cant print from labtop and is getting a "hold for 
authentication" error. She tried a new browser, 
restarting her computer and she does have enough 
print credits.
