Hi Jennifer,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75184

Description: NEEDS DOCK and additional Monitor 
that are foe to go with Laptop but missed on 
setup in December (order#11731)

I'm Katherine from UCS. I helped you earlier 
with the setup of your dock. I was able to use 
the adapter with the older monitor, but I'm not 
sure if it will work. I realized after you 
left, I had no laptop to test if the image pop-
ups.
Next time you are in the office, go ahead and 
plug the dock onto your computer and sign-in. 
If the monitor isn't working or the preferences 
are wrong, let us know and we can come by an 
take another look.

Delivered the items. But her old monitor 2011--
-- has a VGA cord. The dock only takes two DP 
and one type-c cords. I used her multiple 
adapter item, but I'm not sure if it will work 
since she left early and I had no computer to 
test the dock. I will send her an email to let 
her know.

monitor W#02190687 and dock W#20190688[Edit Inv] were missing 
from original laptop setup(#74062) in December and she 
needs them ASAP.
