I've been experiencing two issues that concern 
me: 

1) my computer frequently shuts down on its own 
(sometimes after only a few minutes without being 
used, and regardless of whether the laptop is 
open or closed) without my permission/prompting.  
When this happens, the screen goes black but the 
keyboard lights remain on and pressing 
Control/Alt/Delete does nothing.  In order to get 
the computer to restart, I have to press and hold 
the power button until the keyboard lights switch 
off.  Then I have to press the power button again 
to get the computer to power back up.  Do you 
know why this might be happening?  My old 
computer never did this and it is rather 
annoying.   Is there a way to fix this?

2) for the past 2-3 weeks, a program called 
GreenLight tries to open (it asks me to select a 
language).  I have handled this, thus far, by 
simply going into task manager and ending this 
task, but it keeps happening every time my 
computer restarts.  Is this a problem and what 
can I do about it?
