Hi Jennifer,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75232

Description: Wipe iMac and reinstall adobe 2019

I wanted to make sure all data has been backed up 
from this computer before we reimage it, I know 
several Art Dept professors have classes in this 
room and there are probably students saving work 
on this machine. Please let me know and I will get 
started on reimaging it.
