I need some additional information regarding service request #75245

Description: ***REIMAGE*** Having trouble with opening word document

I'm Katherine from UCS. It looks like you were having issues with your word document. It looks like the problem with word is that it has become unlicensed. The easiest solution we currently have is to reimage your computer. This would mean we would wipe your computer fresh and reinstall the windows OS fresh. This would fix any additionally issues like slowness, network issues, and the Word issues. If you can let me know what times and dates you would be available to do this it would be appreciated.
