The computer Nora called in this morning is in 
HL117 (computer #20141154), a resource sharing 
student computer.  The UCS technician said she 
would come back later to work on the MS Suite on 
this computer.  
The other resource sharing student computer in HL 
117 (same desk, computer #20141153)...may we add 
this to Nora's ticket to double check that the MS 
Suite was properly installed?

Good morning, 
Yesterday morning, I placed a call/ticket for the 
computer on the library loading dock (room HL 
119, computer #20130895[Edit Inv] (SR#75248)).  This 
morning, this computer received service.  I do 
not know whether this service request (ticket) 
has been completed.
