Hi Kyle, 

Mo came out and looked at Dining and said there 
was nothing wrong with it.  I'm going to send it 
back to you guys.  I still think it is faulty, 
so if it drains the toner like it did before, 
let us know and we'll have Xerox send a 
replacement drum and toner cartridge.

toner for free.

Printer drains black toner cartridge extremely 
quickly and distributes toner liberally around 
the inside of the printer.  Xerox is sending a 
tech out to look at it.  Xerox service ticket
