He needs to send in his laptop, he never replied to
my last email this summer, just giving you the

No, I tried to do it once but they needed me to wait there for a very long time. Then I tried to schedule an appointment online, but their customer service website just went around in circles. At this point, the issue isn't as bad as it was. I think the dirt under the keyboard moved around or something, so it's not as big a problem. I would like to get it looked at before the Apple Care runs out. Can you tell me when that will be? Thanks.

Hi Stephanie,

It happens in every application. The keyboard
is clean on the outside. I just restarted the
computer and it's still happening. I will bring
it over at 10:00am, and I really, really need
it back by 5pm, hopefully with a fix in place.
Thanks!

Hello,

My laptop (WOU # 20180311) recently started
repeating/doubling keystrokes as I type. It's
quite disruptive. I've read online that the
issue is usually due to some dirt getting under
the keys inside the laptop. If I bring it in
this morning, could someone try to fix the
issue by the end of the day today? It's very,
very important to me to be able to use this
computer over the weekend, as I have an
extremely important task that involves a lot of
typing. Thank you!

Daniel
